SAM Corporations Peru offers complimentary luggage storage for all customers who are hiking to Machu Picchu Citadel or taking any of our other tours in Cusco. Our secure storage facility ensures your belongings are safe and secure while you are in your trek. If you have any delicate or fragile items, please inform us in advance so we can take extra precautions.

Where can I obtain the labels?

It is important to have proper tags on your bags, clearly indicating your name, departure, and arrival dates.

You can obtain luggage tags during check-in or at the pre-trek briefing. Make sure to fill out the necessary information clearly and accurately to ensure proper identification of your bags.

The luggage tags will be provided to you during check-in or at the briefing at 6 pm one day before your trek. Either at our office or by your guide.

When should I hand over my luggage for safekeeping?

Our team will collect your luggage and bags from your hotel when your guide picks you up. You don’t need to bring your belongings to our office. We offer a pick-up and delivery service for your convenience.

When will my luggage be returned to me?

Upon your return to Cusco. Your bags will be ready and waiting for you and we will make arrangements to have them delivered to your hotel.

How does the luggage storage work if I stay an extra night at Machu Picchu?

If you plan to stay an extra night at Machu Picchu, don’t worry, we’ll still have your bags waiting for you upon your return.

Can I leave my luggage with you if I’m beginning the trek from Sacred Valley?

Absolutely, we offer luggage storage for all our guests regardless of where they start their trek from. Simply hand over your bags to your guide and they will be safely transported to our storage facility in Cusco City. When you return from your hike, your bags will be waiting for you either in Cusco or the Sacred Valley, depending on your preference. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to ensure your trip is stress-free and enjoyable.
